Virto Group offers a 24 month warranty on all of its products (conditions apply). If there is a malfunction within 24 months then we will replace or repair the faulty part at no cost to the customer.
If a fault occurs outside of the 24 month period and a customer requires maintenance on a Virto product or a product from a competitor our “quick response” technical department will:
- Advise or inspect your equipment;
- Tell you what’s wrong with it; and,
- Provide a quote/offer to repair it.
This will enable you to make an informed choice on whether to repair it or replace it with a new product.
