MLT SRL LEASING VIBRATING SIEVING MANUFACTURER CUCCOLINI SRL
MLT srl, with registered office in Reggio Emilia, Via Conte Federico Confalonieri, no. 10/8, CF and VAT no. 03086500356, following a contract signed on Feb 24, 2025, before Notary Dr Francesca Lombardo (in the process of being registered and entered into the Company Register) leased, with effect from 25 February 2025, the company Cuccolini s.r.l. with a single shareholder, which had been subjected to judicial liquidation with a ruling of the Court of Reggio Emilia dated Jan 21, 2025.
After four years of leading Cuccolini srl, the management has taken over the company under the name MLT srl. As a result, a new development phase is underway following the recent strengthening of leadership and upcoming changes in ownership. “The company is evolving, but its core commitment to quality and customer satisfaction remains unchanged and will soon become even stronger” stated MLT srl.
MLT srl will continue manufacturing Virto-Cuccolini sieving systems, designed to serve multiple industrial sectors in Italy and worldwide. The industrial vibrating sieves will continue to be manufactured in Italy at the company’s operational headquarters in Via Raffaello Sanzio, 2 (Reggio Emilia), consistently meeting market demands regarding quality, safety, maintenance, and sustainability. The brand and the domain www.virtogroup.com will also remain active in 2025 to support a gradual transition.
Additionally, MLT srl will provide consulting and design services for plants where bulk material separation is a key process. “Our form is also evolving, just as our level of commitment to those who rely on us” stated MLT srl. “We are building on strong foundations—those of the Virto-Cuccolini brand and the historic Italian company founded in the 1940s.”
MLT srl will therefore continue on the path set over the past four years to develop a new structure based on digitalization and a consultative approach to offer innovative solutions to the ever-evolving needs of separation and classification processes for powders, granules, and liquids. “We are working on improving our processes, expanding our range of services, and strengthening our customer support.
